Description

Two story family home with four bedrooms, 2 baths on the 2nd story; main level has hard wood floors, remodeled kitchen that is open to family room, formal dining room, living room, office and guest bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. Each of the other 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed, all with very comfortable mattresses. Doors in the eating area off the kitchen lead to the back patio, where there is a large BBQ and a table and chairs. Computer, printer, fax, available in office. Two car garage. Car available for exchange. 8 minutes to downtown Boulder, 25 minutes to downtown Denver, a little over an hour to ski areas.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is very lovely, mature landscaping, wide streets, large lots, quiet. We are a corner lot on a cul-de-sac that opens on to a large park with play equipment. The neighborhood is mixed-ages, including young families and retired couples. Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains from the upstairs bedrooms, and everywhere you drive and walk!

About Us

Our kids are grown and living in other states. We are still employed full time; my husband is self-employed and works out of the home, I am finishing nursing school and working part time in the medical field. Looking forward to retirement, but not there yet!

Destination

Our first grandchild is due Dec. 25th and we are planning to be in Seattle to help and to enjoy this time. A single daughter also lives in Seattle but has no extra room. A third daughter, who is married, is planning to come for this time also, so we are hoping for an exchange to accomodate 4 of us. We are hoping you might have a reason to enjoy being in Boulder for Christmas this year!
