Nice little appartment with 3 rooms(living room, bed room and practice room) ideal for young couples (or friends) (4rth floor) with a nice view.We don´t have animals but love them so they are accepted( as long as it´s not 5 hugs dogs...lol)we are non smokers but smoking is in hour appartment tolarated.the style is oriental, with persian carpet,indian, iranian, and world posters on the walls and we eat the oriental way(no table, or we can arange japaneese style eating table)and the bed is olso oriental way.(1 doblle bed) we have washing machine,and a dish washing machine, television...the bathroom has a shower.The kitchen works with electricity, and we have a hoven.
Appartement sympas avec 3 pièces (1 chambre, 1 salon et 1 salle de travaille) de 53m2, pour jeunes gens ou jeunes couples (au 4em étage)avec une jolie vue.Nous n´avons pas d´animaux mais ils sont accépté dans notre appartements.Nous ne fumons pas mais cela est aussi toléré.Le style de notre appartement est oriental avec des tapis persans, des tentures, posters perse, indiens ect..Nous mangeons à l´oriental (sans table) mais pouvons
fournir une table a manger dans le style japonais( basse) le lit est aussi oriental.mous avons une machine à laver le linge, un lave-vaisselle, une télévision...La salle de bain est équipé d´une douche.La cuisine fomctionne á l´éléctricitée et possède un four.
Neighborhood
What i like in our area is that there are a lot of green spaces, park is 10 minutes by bike, there is a free place with clean water for swimming witch is olso 10 minutes by bike(we have 2 bycicles that you could use) every sunday is flee market where you can buy verry nice things for verry cheap.if you want to go in the center, it is 10-15 minutes by bike (or tram)the central station is 15 minutes.this area is multi cultural place, with a lot of cheaps restaurant(persian, arabic,spanish, italian, turkish,chineeses imbiss...)the tram is verry easy to find,there are two banks in the main street(paralall to ours) and 4-5 supermarket, fruits and vegetables shops,pharmacies,beauty shops,cloth shops,hair dressers, swimming pool in the near...this place is perfect if you don´t want to be disturb by the noises of the city but still beeing verry close to the center and have everything you need for the every days life in fews minutes.
Ce que j´aime dans notre quartier, c´est qu´il y a beacoup d´éspaces verts, un grand parc est a 10 minutes en vélo,il y a une petite rivière très propre pour nager a 10 minutes elle aussi...(Vous pouvez utiliser nos 2 vélos) ou bien en tram.l Le centre ville est a 10 minutes (compter 15 minutes pour la gare en tram.)Notre aréa est multi-culturel, avec beaucoup de réstaurant étrangers très bons et pas cher(chinois, perses,turques,arabes, éspagnoles,italiens...)L´arret de tram est à 100 mètre, et il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoins dans la rue principale de notre quartier(rue paralèle à la notre). 2 banques, 4 ou 5 supermachés, quelques magasins de fruits et légumes,coifeur, magasins de vétements,pharmacies, magasins de produits de beautés, piscine à 10 minutes...
Notre appartement est parfaits si vous souhaitez etre un peu a l´abris des bruits du centre ville tout en pouvant y accéder quand bon vous semble et avoir tout ce dont vous avey besoin à portée de main .

We are a musicians couple (I play classical cello,dilruba, and kamantché,and My husband plays tabla,classical indian music,tombak,darbuka,ect...) I am french and my husband is iranian since 20 years in germany.we play music together (indian, iranian,world music.)I speak french, english,and german, and my husband speaks persian,german,english,turkish,and a little french.
Our proffession is olso our passion so we olso play music in free time.When we take holydays we still play 2-3 hours a day...we olso like sport and enjoy cooking for pleasure and health.we are spiritual persons and enjoy and surch for all kind of cultures.
Destination
for the long term exchange, we would like to go summer 2009 in india for six month until one year to learn further indian classical north music.
