Description

Enjoy our comfortable home 2 story home with a 64 inch tv in the family room and comfy family style surroundings. We hava a beautiful PRIVATE back yard with a pool and jacuzzi. We have a King size bed in the downstairs master bedroom with seperate bath then 3 nice bedrooms upstairs with full bath and double sinks also. 2 bedooms upstairs have single beds and one has a double bed. Visit all the cool theme parks and beaches of Southern California. Enjoy side trips to Palm Springs, Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego and more!

Neighborhood

Quiet neighboorhod full of homes like mine, but still lots of kids around. Nearby to 3 schools and MANY parks. We are in a nice neighborhood of homes like ours, where people walk for excersise, and my son rides his bike to the beach. There are wonderful restraunts for all budgets, many malls and shopping galore. We are a quick 20 minute drive to DISNEYLAND, 5 minutes to Knotts Berry Farm, 40 minutes to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, 30 minutes to downdown Los Angeles 40 minutes to Hollywood and about 2 hours to San Diego, & 1.5 hours from the beautiful San Bernardino mountains. We are about a 20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches nearby. We are in a nice neighborhood where people walk for excersise, and my son rides his bike to the beach. There are wonderful restraunts for all budgets many malls and shopping galore.

About Us

We are a family of 4, Myself my husband, and responsible/ respectful 17 year old twin boys. One of them is a video game fanatic and 1 a high school water polo star. We are 50ish and married 20 years. My husband works downtown Los Angeles as a commercial banker and i am a housewife who volenteers in the community. We only speak English and a bit of Spanish. We have not swapped houses yet but are interested in giving it a try. We have lots of timeshare experience. We would like to trade homes for the week after Xmas 08 & or for the Summer of 2009 especially. I am interested in horses and my husband likes to go to the Gym and computers.
