At House # 29 of Sultanpur Estate: Expect an elegant, rambling mansion with an old world charm, green environs and personal service in an intimate atmosphere.

The Estate Bed and Breakfast is located in its annexe, across its lawn, both welcoming yet private.

The annexe has five guest rooms with private balconies facing the lawn including a family suite. We also have a lounge, dining room and a sunny, terrace garden to soak it all in.

The Estate is a charming Bed and Breakfast located in the green and exclusive Sultanpur Estate; a discreet address situated in Mehrauli (South Delhi). A vantage location: just 12 kilometers away from the international and domestic airports. It is also close to the historic and magnificent Qutab Minar and the beautiful Hindu temples complex at Chattarpur. The new commercial and shopping township - Gurgaon, is a short 20 minutes drive away and a closeby Metro (Subway) station will be functional very soon.

The Estate is the residence you would love to have in New Delhi: calm, with tastefully done interiors and a warm and welcoming ambience that gives you an immediate sense of homecoming.

The rooms are named after the trees and flowers found within the premises. Kachnar next to the lounge and dining area on the ground floor has a king-size bed. Nargis on the first floor too has a king-size bed. Within the Guldavari Suite on the first floor, are Champa and Chameli. Champa has twin beds and Chameli has a king-size double bed. On the second floor, adjoining the terrace garden is Raat-Ki-Raani with twin beds.

All rooms are lawn facing, have individual charm and are well appointed with modern amenities.

We are offering a fully functional unit along with well trained housekeeping staff, a cook, & an overseer cum manager along with a car and driver.

Neighborhood

Sultanpur Estate where the Bed & Breakfast is located is a very elegant and quiet neibourhood in South Delhi. Very secure and well located, within a short driving radius of the airport, Jaipur highway and other prominent areas of Delhi such as Gurgaon, Saket & Vasant Vihar.

A private oasis, located closeby to lively market squares ensconcing theatres, restaurants, shops, pubs and several shopping malls. You will also get a chance to explore the rustic charm of the bordering Sultanpur Village.

About Us

We are a cosmopolitan family and love travelling and meeting people. Which is why we have a private Bed & Breakfast unit in our premises by the name of The Estate. It has been recently featured as amongst Delhi's best B&B in the June issue of the prestigious Outlook Traveller: a prominent Indian travel publication.

I am a hospitality management graduate and my husband is Television journalist. We have a young 6 year old daughter.
