Hola, My name is Rhonda Myhre and I am a single Canadian Mom living in Playa del Carmen, Mexico....45 mins south of Cancun. We live in a beautiful 2 bedroom Condo with 2 full baths and 1 half bath. There is a beautiful shared pool that is very clean. The condo is fully equipt with everything you will need for your vacation...there is also wireless internet and cable T.V. , I have a 1999 ford explorer included in the home exchange. The condo is only about a 5 min drive from 5th ave which is the main strip. You could also walk and it would only take you about 15 mins. A small dog is allowed under supervision. The is a washer but no dryer...it is so hot you just hang you clothes on the balcony and they're dry in no time!
There is a lot to see and do in and around the area as far as mayan ruins, Cenotes for snorkeling or diving, beaches, Cozumel ferry is located near by for approx. 15$USD and we are also located around the corner from a golf course! This is a gated upscale community so it is very safe and secure. There is also a babysitter avalable if needed...she is very good I use her often and she lives downstairs!
