Description

Apartment of 43m2 of very good standing, directed WESTERN with rez of roadway stages of a building of 1996.
The principal part opens on the terrace for a lunch or a dinner with the large air, with the green garden table!!!
The kitchen is separate for a better insulation.
A pretty bathroom with bath-tub, wash-hand basin and WC.
The room is very clear. By the second French window, one also reaches the terrace and on the small garden.

La pièce principale s'ouvre sur la terrasse pour un déjeuner ou un dîner au grand air, avec la table de jardin verte !!!
La cuisine est séparée pour une meilleure isolation.
Une jolie salle de bain avec baignoire, lavabo et WC.
La chambre est très claire. Par la deuxième porte-fenêtre, on accède aussi à la terrasse et sur le petit jardin.

WESTERN district of VANNES.
Very calm district and apartment is at the end of the residence, therefore few passages.
The terrace for a lunch or a dinner with the large air!!!
Personal carpark in front of the terrace usefull.

About Us

Telecom engeneer and my son of 12 years old.
This is my second home in Brittany.
It is available for the exchange from the 1st July WE until the last WE of September.
I would like to exchange my apartment simultaneous or not during summer.
No smoker.

My second home is available from the 1st WE of July until the last WE of September of each year for simultaneous nor not exchanges.

Summer against 1 week or 2 week during French ZONE-C school holidays in February or April / May.

In February: Mountain in france or abroad
April / May: Make proposal
Exchange simultaneous July / August / September:
Make proposal.
