pleasant loft in a area with a lot of shops
central but calm
sunny
one master bedroom with a first bathroom (tube)
and a mezzanine with a possibility of beds for 2 and more (for child)
and an other bathroom (shower)

all equiped
Tv plasma computer apple and wifi
tv sat wii games
modern kitchen (washing machines)

i search people who will care of all my stuff in my flat as i will do with theirs!!
smoking ok if you do that by the window!

possibility to exchange my car too (suzuki jimny cabrio)

Neighborhood

pleasant and very calm but in the center
supermarket very close
Cannes is just like a "tiny" village

I m a french teacher 39yo

I love POP art and the japanese culture cause i spent all my childhood in Japan (Kyoto)

the dates are very specific cause after that period i will be working and teaching in my school
(from 1rst until 15th September 2008)

I search a place near the sea or with a good potential to "play the turist"
