Description

We offer a large and beautiful duplex apartment on an upper floor (with an elevator). The apartment is located in a popular neighbourhood in the center of Tel Aviv. 5 minute walking from the beach. We have two bedrooms, both with a double beds. The upper floor has a big bedroom with tv, cabels, internet and an exit to a large roofqbalcony with a small garden and perfect viewqsight to the roffs of TLV. The roof is equiped with table set with chairs ,a swing, a washing machine, a drying machine. In the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a salon room with LCD screen, accessorized kitchen, wc and shower room. The whole apartment is air-condinioned.

Neighborhood

Situated in a one of the busy centers of Tel Aviv, 5 minute walking from the beach, sorrunded by many popular restaurants and pubs.

About Us

We are a couple. One of us is 35 years old, lawyer, speaking Hebrew, Enslish and Romanian. The other a fashion student, 25 years old, speaking Hebrew, English and Italian.
Easy-going guys and sympathetics.

Destination

We are willing to consider a non-simultaneous exchange, as well as considering to enable the renting of the apartment in the summer, up to 3 week - 4 weeks (maximum) period of time, not necessarily between the above-mentioned dates.
