Description

Our home is near new and has 2 living areas with views over the golf course and outdoor pool. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room and a study with broadband access. It is really comfortable in winter with in-floor heating downstairs and gas log fire upstairs and the living areas are bathed in sunlight. In summer the sea breezes allow us to cool without air conditioning.

Neighborhood

We live in a small remote community about 90 min from Melbourne, abutting the Cape Schanck Golf Course, surrounded by rural land and the Mornington Peninsula State Park, but we are only 10 mins drive from surfing and bay beaches, comprehensive shopping/restaurant precinct and all the attractions of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. There are over a dozen golf courses and about 30 wineries within 20 mins drive. Walking in the Mornington Peninsula State Park is minutes away through pristine bush and rugged cliff tops and secluded beaches with wildlife including kangaroos in abundance .

About Us

We are a semi retired couple who are house proud. We enjoy the many restaurants in our area, walking in the state park, surfing in the nearby ocean and fishing in the easily accessible Port Phillip Bay. We love travelling, snow skiing, sailing and the good life in general.

Destination

Our usual free time is mainly in the second half of the year, but January/February could also be arranged, depending on the location and duration
