Description

Our home is 2years old with great indoor outdoor flow.open plan living with a separate atrium area. double garage for the skis and vehicle with off street parking too. our home is heated by heat pumps and a gas fire-very cozy. 3 bedrooms down stairs with 2 bathrooms(1 ensuite) with 4 bedroom upstairs a studio unit(self contained)all queen size beds.large gas barbeque on patio.main bathroom has spa.2 bikes available too. queenstown is known as the adventure capital of nz with wonderful cafes and vineyards only a stone throw away. check out wanaka, lake hayes, cromwell, alexandra, glenorchy,Lake Te Anau & west coast is a must- so much to see and do in this area.

Neighborhood

our subdivision is only 2 years old with a great walkways and park areas. many young families but unbelievably private and quiet. we hav awesome mountain views in all directions. just a stroll to bus stop which runs hourly til approx 1130pm daily. a safe and friendly environment to be in. we are half way between arrowtown and queenstown. so handy to the wine growing areas and of course the ski fields and lakes.

About Us

I am nursing 4 days a week and my partner is a builder. 2 adult children live overseas presently. we enjoy a quiet lifestyle, socialising with friends and work mates. love visiting vineyards and alfresco style dining. a trip out on the harley for lunch at one of the many cafes on a sunny day is our idea a day off. or a visit to one of the festivals in queenstown of arrowtown is always interesting. a stroll by the lake front or picnic lunch is about as physical as we get. both of our professions keep us fit (we figure). gardening is a passion of mine altho I have kept it small this time round. we enjoy house design, building and renovations.
