Description

The Oresund region is for pioneers. The modern lifestyle of the scandinavians is what you will find. Our apartment was fully renovated in 2006 it is 82 m2 and located only 5 min. walk from the main street, 10 min. from the sea and 25 min.(car) from the airport and the Capital of Denmark - the fashionable Copenhagen.
We have a nice balcon where you are welcome to bbq and enjoy the great atmosphere provided from the garden restaurant. There is one masterbedroom, one extra room with airbeds for the kids. There are both a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartment has all you need, 2 tv´s, adsl, IP phone and PC´s.
There are both bikes and cars available.(Conv.)

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is called Rörsjöstaden, it is an old area where most buildings are from the late 1890, very beautyfull and quiet even as it is located in the city.
Public transportation is just out the door, buses runs every 3-5 min and the train station is 5 min. away when you jump on the bus. You have two airports within apprx 25 min drive. Copenhagen airport (DK) and Malmø airport - a smaller one if you want a cheap flight to Stockholm or even Barcelona. Or maybe you want a cruise to Oslo (Norway) or Finland
We have lots of nice parks, great Golf areas, a lot of sea and if you like the nature go for a drive around Skåne, you will find it all.
If you travel with kids there are great amousement parks within a short drive, if you know of Astrid Lindgrenn we recommend a visit to her large park (3 hours)

About Us

My boyfriend and I are both Danish 28+29.We decided to move to Sweden as we find Malmø to be a very nice city. We have lived here for 2 years now.We have our worklife in Copenhagen(DK). Rasmus works in a large shipping company within business development and I work for a large American software company within marketing. We dont have any kids yet or pets. We are outgoing but quiet people and we don´t smoke. We love seeing new places and travel around the world.

We are pretty open for suggestions but we prefer:

Weekend exchange: Europe mainly "City Holiday" - all year (Autumn 08 is booked)
Winter 2009: 1-2 weeks - a "hot" place nice and warm
Sommer 2009: 2-3 weeks US mainly NY area, CA area or Florida Area
Sommer 2009: 1 week Souther Europe - any where

Destination

We are very interested in visiting the US (summer 09)- mainly, California area, NY area, Florida area. But we are open for good suggestions. We are very flexible on dates, as long as it is agreed on min. 2 months in advance.

Weekend exchange: Europe "City Holiday" - all year (Autumn 08 is booked)
Winter 2009: Somewhere warm
Sommer 2009: 2-3 weeks US mainly NY area, CA area or Florida Area
Sommer 2009: 1 week Souther Europe - any where
