Description

Our villa consists of three floors. It is in a large private property and it is sorrounded with vineyards, olive trees and cherry trees. Of course is ready for you. We have a large terrage with a very beautiful view and a garden where children can play safety. Our house is full of French and Italian books and many types of toys for children from 0 to 7. The interior is very charming, very "cosy" with mixed new and old furniture. Most of them have been bought during our trips abroad.

Neighborhood

The house is at 3 minutes on foot from Avesa, a small lovely village very close to Verona. In Avesa, the small village at walking distance from the house you can find all services and food store. Our beautiful country club with large swimmngpool and many other sports is ready for you at five minutes. The house is situated at 8 minutes from Verona, one of the nicest and most lively Italian cities, plenty of monuments, with Opera Festival in summertime, many entertainement, great shops, good restaurants and "trattoria". We are at 30 minutes by car from Lake Garda, with its wonderful Mediterranean beaches and at one hour from Dolomiti Mountains. Venice is at 120 km.

About Us

We are a nice French-Italian family. We are relaxed, sporty and communicative family of 5: Filiberto is 41 and he is chartered accountant, Armelle is 39 is translator. We have 3 children: Mathilda, 10 years old, Anastasia, 7 years old and Benjamin 4 years old. We like international friendships, travelling, open-air activities and reading books.

Destination

We are looking for a house in the mountains from February 21 2009 - February 28 2009.
We are looking fro a house at tre seaside in august 2009.
