Description

We have a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2-story townhouse in central Phoenix with an outdoor pool shared by six other units. The home is just over 1000 square feet and will sleep 4 people comfortably in two twin beds and one queen bed. There is a patio with a firepit table, perfect for eating dinner, sipping drinks, and even roasting marshmallows. Beyond this is the pool, which is infrequently used by the neighbors.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located... walk to almost anything from grocery stores to restaurants/bars to the famous Heard Museum. There are views of Camelback Mountain from the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and helpful.

About Us

I am a resident in emergency medicine. Brian is a chemist. We have one Chihuahua, Carmen, who enjoys hiking and camping with us. We enjoy all of the city conveniences that Phoenix has to offer, plus the fact that so many fun places are within a few hours' drive outside the city. We can easily drive to the Grand Canyon, Mexican beaches, gorgeous desert scenery, and the California coast from Phoenix, and we take road trips as often as our schedule will allow.

Destination

We are looking for a place on Roatan, preferably near Sandy Bay, since I will be volunteering at Clinica Esperanza (Miss Peggy's clinic). Our Chihuahua will be going with us; she weighs about 5 pounds and is house-trained, quiet, and friendly to adults and chilren.

These dates are flexible for a couple of reasons. First, we don't have our plane tickets yet, so we may end up flying a day or two earlier or later. Also, you are welcome to come a little early or stay a little late.
