Description

Our flat is located in Epalinges, very close to Lausanne (Switzerland), 10 minutes from town center. Lausanne is 60 km from Geneva, 20 km from Montreux (Montreux Jazz festival 4-19 of July, 2008). A very nice flat, round 100 m2, 3 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) a large living room with a terrace where it is possible to have dinner. Our flat is very quiet, surrounded by a green park with beautiful trees, and by a forrest. No noise at all : the road in front of our house is a private one. A kitchen, living/dining room, a bathroom with toilets, and separate toilets. Sunny. Nice neighbourhood.

Neighborhood

Our flat is in Epalinges, in the surroundings of Lausanne. It is very quiet and residential. Living there is like living in the countryside, in the middle of the nature. There is a bus service very near, a commercial center is very near with everything you could need. The forrest is very near where you can do your walking. In the park, there are spaces for young children.
