Large Double Storey House with 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, powder rooms, ensuite and computer room situated upstairs, with all living areas downstairs overlooking large entertaining area and pool. A huge kitchen overlooks the pool area. Decorated in a Mediterranean style, plenty of space, and all modern amenities are available. Hope you will enjoy our house, as we do.

Neighborhood

Bull Creek, is a southern suburb of Perth which is 12 kilometres away and the same from Fremantle. Our area is surrounded by lovely open space, walkways, cycle paths, with plenty of outdoor activities. A Tennis Club and Golf Course are nearby with shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and large Shopping Centres all within walking distance. Transport is close by, ie bus, train line.

About Us

Both Ken and I are Company Directors. We love to travel, eat good food and drink good wine. What else is there. We both play golf, and love to entertain. We have three adult children who do not live at home. This will be our first experience at house exchange and look forward to the challenge

Destination

Planning to visit the UK for approximately three months, but flexible within June to August 2009. Planning to combine the Tennis, Cricket and Golf Opens. Near a rail line would be convenient, London and Greater London.
