Description

A townhouse second home with garage located on Eagle-Vail golf course. Several levels with a deck and gas grill facing the mts and another large deck facing the golf course. Easy for guests to have privacy with 4 TV sets, & audio system. A gas fireplace,(no need to struggle with wood) & a seperate steam-shower.




































Neighborhood

This is a quiet residential neighberhood with plenty of parking (off the street). There is a small playground and sand box across the street. About 50% of the homes belong to families that live in Denver or Colorado Springs. There is a convenience store and gas station within walking distance which is quite handy, particularly for newspapers. Excellent restaurants abound and some are quite economical. The community has a swimming pool and tennis courts for guests. I enjoy a few hours of fly fishing in the Eagle River in the evening as it is very close.

About Us

I am a retired physician and lucky to have a wife that loves skiing, golf, and flying. We have a small plane which gives us access a vaiety of destinations. She also is instrument rated so I am fortunate in that regard. Our other hobbies include SCUBA diving, and snowboarding.
