Description

This is a small residence with small buildinds with gardens in a paved pedestrian walk. Cars allowed if necessary only.The flat is quiet and on the 4th floor (6th floors building with a lift and stairs) surrounded by trees in the parks with games for children. There is a building keeper to help if necessary.There is a hall with two adults and one child bicycles.There is a kitchen with a fridge, a table and chairs, ovens,washing-machine.electric cooking set.The living-room is big and sunny with tv, film player set, art books. Colourful bathroom with shower and a bath. 2 children bedrooms and 1 adult bedroom with a desk set (computer), the living-room is far away from the bedrooms separated by a long corridor with several huge cupboards, therefore the bedrooms are quiet.The toilets are separated.

Neighborhood

Quiet neighbourhood, the flat is situated in a pedestrian street surrounded by two parks with games for kids, view on trees, lots of families with children live here, 5mns to the metro station line 13 direct to Paris, 10mns from the champs elysées and musems by metro, buses stations to go to Paris, the river Seine is nearby to walk along, town council swimming-pool ,typical french markets 3 days a week, hundreds of shops, restaurants and commodities, cinema, theatre, library,nearby Neuilly -sur -Seine, Levallois, Ile de la Jatte, the Defense buildings to visit. Direct access by car to the forests around Paris. Clichy is ideally situated between Paris and a city life and the countryside around Paris. Clichy is ideal for a family with kids : there are more open spaces. There is a beautiful park à la française.

About Us

We are 4 people : 2 girls aged 7 and 12 and 2 adults. I am an artist and a visual merchandiser. You can find lots of artbooks in the flat and my painting, drawing and etching materials as well. Lots of cooking books too. My husband is a pastry-cook at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris.
We are very respectful and careful people.
We will look after your hous as if our ours.
There is a computer in one of the children's room.
I love visiting the museums and art galleries, Paris is a fantastic place for that. We have some bicycles to round away in Paris. We have friends in the building to welcome you in our home.
My husband practices foot-race every sunday morning starting from our home to Suresnes running along the river Seine.
I speak english and spanish.
