Description

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) of a building of the early 20's century in cut stone and style “art deco”. It is a luminous apartment for two people with wooden floor and fireplace in every room. There is one living-room (with an extra bed for two additional guests), one bed-room with a double bed, one separate kitchen, and a bathroom. Amenities include TV, high speed internet, printer, telephone, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, washer/dryer, hair-dryer.

Neighborhood

It is ideally located in the 13th district of Paris (South East), in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with local shops (good bakery in the corner! and also wine shop, grocery, cheese chop), and restaurants. It is next to the National Library François Mitterrand, the asiatic area and the verytypical "butte aux cailles". Also you can easily and quickly go to the historic Paris, and also reach the most exciting places of the city!

About Us

Delphine is a 32 years old psychiatrist born in Paris and Olivier is a 33 years old software engineer. We both speak english. Olivier is found of martial arts and Delphine prefer swimming and scuba-diving. We love our city and will be glad to give you the best ways to discover and enjoy Paris.

Destination

For summer 2008 (august or september), we have the opportunity to go to Philadelphia to visit a good friend of us. So we'd like to spend the rest of our holiday time (2 or 3 weeks) discovering New York. Otherwise, we are interested in South America, Japan, and anywhere you can dive. We are open for the dates and the swap can be non-simultaneous.
