It is well in to city limits and all the historical places are accessible in just a few minutes drive. The historic fort "Sinhagad" is just 40 minutes drive from the house, one may like to go for hiking on the trails.
All the discos, malls and multiplexes are 10 to 30 minutes drive.
Industrial zones, IT parks and SEZs are also 10 to 50 minutes drive.
The house is well equipped with all the necessary amenities along with life style modern interiors customized to suit the atmosphere.
Master bed room is air conditioned and kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils, Indian spice rack and microwave, fridge.
It has satellite digital television showing more than 130 channels including international channels like the DW-TV of Germany, TV-MONDE of France and so on. It also has a DVD player and good collection of DVD titles.
A well decorated and warm lighting makes it an exciting place to live and experience the local flavor.

Neighborhood

Though it is in city, you feel that you are on holiday. It is a row house, so you can party all the night long, exept for the noise. It is a town ship, so there are more than 500 families living, so you get to know more and more people and can socialise with them. A very friendly atmosphere and every body is eager to take part in social gatherings and festivals. Also the DISCOs and Multiplexes are near by, so one can even hang out there.
Since the town ship has 24*7 security, you can even take a walk in the middle of the night if you feel, or sleep on the grass and enjoy star watching for sometime. Beautiful , clean and secure neighborhood.

About Us

I am IT graduate, now running my family business which is in to chemicals after taking few years of experience in the IT filed. I love cooking. I am happily married to my lovable wife with no kids, so this makes us party every night ! We are very social and have lot of friends all over the globe, so when they visit india, they are with us.
I love scotch and music is my passion. I love F1 race, IPL (indian premier league T20) and foot ball. I also speak German as i was there for quite some time.
My parents live in the same town, have one sister whos married to her dream guy.

Destination

I am totally flexible with the dates, we can mutually discuss the dates. But need to do it atleast 60 days in advanance, since in a home swap, in India, we do require visa stamps, which may require some days to process.
I am looking for Europe, especially in Germany (towns near the metro cities) and the US or UK.
It may be possible for a non simultaneous exchange also. You are most welcome to stay at our place but then it will be restricted to 2 people since we have 1 guest room only. We will be able to assist and help you in everything to make your stay comfortable and to get the native feel.
