This is a one bathroom, one bath, duplex property. The house is built for two, although others can sleep on the couch or futon. The house has wi-fi, cable-TV, with HBO, front porch, back porch, patio, and a charcoal grill. The car may be available for exchange but will most likely not be needed because the house is with in walking distance of a DC Metro station.

Neighborhood

The location of the home is Alexandria VA; the neighborhood is very quite for being as close to the city as it is. This house is your best and most affordable opportunity to see the nation’s capital on a budget.

About Us

My wife and I are what we would describe as young adults with no children. I spent eight years in the military touring the world and now that I am not in the military anymore, I miss traveling. I just cannot bring myself to spend $200 a day to sleep in a bed so I am trying out this method of obtaining lodging.

Destination

I am open to all dates and suggestions but this will have to be a simultaneous exchange. I am currently intersted in visiting Charleston, South Carolina.
