My 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was built about a year and a half ago with modern finishes. It is on the second floor of a four apartment building (my neighbors are very quiet). It is large (approx 1500 square feet) with lots of windows, and has great lighting throughout the day. There is a living room with a 42'' LCD TV, surround sound/dvd/stereo, premium cable tv, dining room with seating for 6, large kitchen with new appliances and tons of cabinets, master bedroom with beautiful four poster canopy king bed and dresser, lots of closet space, bathroom with great shower with 3 shower heads, second bedroom has nice office furniture and high speed internet hook up. I have a futon that can be used in the office as a bed. Also there is a second bathroom with bathtub. There are 2 balconies... one in the front and one in the rear. There are wood floors throughout and a beautiful area rug in the living room, and there are 2 additional storage areas aside from the large bedroom closets. All of my furniture is new (within last couple years).I have a 1 car garage that can be used and there is plenty of street parking. It is a secure safe building with a video intercom at the front door. This apartment is so peaceful and I've just absolutely loved living here! I have a cleaning service 2x monthly as well.

Neighborhood

I live about 5 blocks from the grove (a great outdoor shopping mall and farmer's market), pan pacific park, CBS studios, trendy shops and restaurants, bordering Hollywood, and 5 minutes from Beverly Hills, 20 minutes to Santa Monica, 15 minutes to downtown, really a great central location. It is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood just a few blocks from the main streets. Easy access to both 101 and 10 freeways.

About Us

I am a single female and I have 2 cats (which I will be taking with me) and am a non-smoker. I'm a model and also do internet based sales. Some of my hobbies include pilates, yoga, dance, travel, and fashion. I am a quiet tenant and am very considerate of the possessions of others.

Destination

My dates are flexible, and I am looking to live in New York City only in a clean, quiet, high end apartment. My cats are both 6 years old (one de-clawed and one not) but they are well behaved and clean. I can email you more pictures if you are interested. Thank you!
