This two bedroom house is nice and warm, has sky (cable) television, easy care home, nice backyard, garage, gas bbq, friendly neighbours, and two decks for morning and evening sun.

This is a great spot to base your New Zealand travels. Most North Island attractions are less than half a day's drive.

Neighborhood

Great little house in family friendly suburb in central Auckland.

It's nice, quiet and safe.

15 minutes from the Airport, ten minutes from downtown Auckland and five minutes from Eden Park (major sports venue).

Two minutes walk from major bus route.

About Us

We are an engaged couple looking for a house to swap in North America for our honeymoon this December/January.

The groom is a journalist, the bride a health promoter.

We are in our mid 20's and early 30's.

Destination

We would love to swap with someone in North America, close to a Ski resort.

We are looking for a place to honeymoon in December 97 and Jan 08.

It will be summer over here and a great time to come and explore New Zealand.
