This is a roomy and confortable apartment, perfect for a family of 5 members. It has a surface of 95 square meters and a underground parking lot in the same building. The location is perfect to visit Sevilla and other monumental cities (Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz, Carmona, Arcos de la Frontera, etc.)

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is quite vivid at daytime, with all kind of stores within 250 meters from the apartment (2 supermarkets, pharmacies, fish and fruit stores, etc). At night it transforms and it is really quiet. The commercial center of Sevilla is just less than 5 minutes walk from us. There you can find the biggest department store and all kind of fashion stores, restaurants, bars, more than 20 cinemas, etc. The monumental part of the city is just 20 minutes walk from us, for those who like strolling. However, in less than 200 meters you can have access to the main city bus lines which will take you directly to the monuments.

About Us

My wife and me are both economists, and we work for the Goverment. We have three kids (9, 7 and 2 years old). We don't smoke, don't have pets (well, just two turtles...) and we enjoy nature and travelling, especially out of touristic routes. We speak English, Spanish and some French.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange, since we are not offering our home, but a second residence. You can visit our city any time of the year.
