Description

We offer a large and nice apartment in the center of Barcelona. We have 3 bedrooms, one with double beds, one with the single bed more additional bed one baby bed (until 6 years ), and one with the single bed. There is a big living room 50 m2 included dining-room, a kitchen full equiped you can to eat inside, 2 bathrooms. It's very quiet and the panoramic view is spectacular.

Neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in Barcelona, the district is central, quiet, and residential. The buses, subway, and the shops are very near. For the children or teenagers you have a big and beautiful park just in front of the flat. There's in Barcelona a lots of places for make a tourism, shopping there's a beach, the mountains, and the camps. It's a nice city with the kids you have a lots activities form them and a lots places (Zoo, park aquatic, attraction park, museum for kids,boat,....) And for the NIGHT you have a largest choice restaurants, bar, nightclub... Barcelona is a very nice place.

About Us

We are a french family from Paris and we live in Barcelona for 8 years, my husband Jean-Luc 42 years has a clothing shops and me Eloīse 37 years I help him, we have 3 kids, we are a quiet family respectful and clean people. It's new for us to exchange the house, and we think very nice idea that can discover the world, and make a nice travels. We will take care of your home like our own. We are open to all proposals and for the dates too. See you soon quickly.
