Description

We are exchanging our sunny (with balcony), clean, quiet, 1 bedroom apartment in Amsterdam (50 sqm). It has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and is located on the top-floor of a 4-storey building. Built in 1908 but fully renovated in 2002. High-speed wireless internetconnection available, tv/dvd player, washing machine, fridge.

Neighborhood

Close to the Jordaan area, the canals and a big park (Westerpark). 2 supermarkets, cafes, a night store are just around the corner as well as public transportation. Very nice if you like to explore the city but want to come home to a real Amsterdam neighborhood.

About Us

We are a young Dutch couple, I (female) am 29 and graduating from law school this June (University of Amsterdam), and he (22) is in art-school (Rietveld Academy). We both work part-time.
We speak English and can speak a little bit French.


Destination

We would prefer to swap to a city. or coastal place but any suggestion is welcome of course!
