Description

We have a very spacious home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a very old house that was built in the 1920's. We love our home and we want the person who will be staying in it to equally love it.
Is you love to cook our kitchen is well equiped for that. It has an electric/gas stove.

We have been slowly renovating the house. So the main bedroom ensuite bathroom is usable but is a work in progress. We have a medium sized back yard that is lovely for kids to play in.

Neighborhood

Our neighbourhood is a very safe neighbourhood that has a guard at the entry of our street.
We are very centrally located, we are close to all shopping centres in the area

About Us

We are a family of three. We have a daughter who is 14 months old. I work in broadcasting and my partner is in the business of creating creative business concepts.
We love to travel at least twice in the year and this is the first time we will be exchanging homes.

Destination

We would like to experience any destination. The exchange will have to be simultaneous.
