Exchange for August 2008 from the 1st to the 31. Our house is in a little village on the hills around Nice. We are 25km (15 miles) and approximatively 30 minutes from Nice. 35km of Monaco, Monte Carlo and Cannes (45 minutes by the motorway).

We are thirty minutes from the Sea and the Airport (with a daily flight for NYC by Delta) and an hour from Italy.

As a particularity of Côte d'Azur, the landscape is very different in very short time driving, so we are also about one hour far from mountains (2000 or even 3000 meters).

Of course, a car is necessary and we can let you one of ours.

The house is in a hudge garden, more than 1500m2, ending in the forest. It's very quiet, the house composed of three rooms with double beds and one with a single one.

2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with a canape that converts into a double bed.

There is a large terrace. The house is very old (rebuilt in 1790), provencal style. The walls are very large so the house keeps cool in summer.

Très belle maison provençale ancienne avec un grand jardin et une terrasse.

3 véritables chambres indépendantes avec lit double, 1 séjour avec canapé convertible, 1 chambre ouverte avec lit une place. 2 salles de bains, dont une avec baignoire.

Grande terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Possibilité de prêt d'une voiture.

We are looking for an appartment for 5 persons in New York City.

Even if we will be in New York on August, 2nd, we can wait some days in a hotel. Same thing for you, if wou want to come a little bit before August, 1st, we can manage that.
