Description

Looking for someone from Auckland to exchange our fully furnished house from approximately end of November 2008 to end of August 2009. It is a lovely house polished wooden floors throughout, located in a dead end very quiet street near the St. Lawrence River with 4 bedrooms, one office, 3 bathrooms, washing room, lobby, modern kitchen, dining room, living room, movie theatre room, etc. and with a lovely garden and pool. It's comfortable up to 7 persons. Our house is fully furnished including computer, printer, high speed internet, etc. We can also include our car in the exchange.

Neighborhood

There are all facilities near our house (medical centres, groceries, drugstores, shopping centres, primary and high schools (in French and English), etc.

It is located at 14 km from Laval University and the main medical research centres of Quebec City. We are located at 20 km from other universities located down town of Quebec City. We can access, within 5 minutes, to beautiful parks, cycle track and cross-country skiing run. We can access to Alpine skiing mountains within an hour and we can do fishing also within an hour from our house. Quebec City, founded in 1608, is both the cradle of French civilization in North America and a major economic center.

About Us

We are a family of five persons ( 2 daughters on one son). We will travel with the boy friend of on of my daughter. We speak french and english, My oldest daughter speak spanish; she stayed in Spain during 6 months. We stayed in France during one year 15 years ago and 4 months in Switzerland in 2002.

Destination

We want, if possible, simultaneous exchange. Our dates are flexible a bit. We search for a house or apartment with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and, if possible two bathrooms, near the beach (0 to 15 minutes) and near public transportation. I wll work at University of Auckland but we can stay outside of Auckland City Centre.
