Hello, this is a couple from Spain. We are 33 years old, and we are looking for travelling to N.Y. we could learn/practise English. We are honest people, nice, clean and no smoking.
We are looking for long period exchange but we are open to everything and also to different dates, (form April 2008 to October 2008). We will be two persons in the exchange, with no kids, and no pets also.



Our house is in the coast of Cádiz,in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, south of Spain (Andalucía), close to the beach, complete new and modern. Two bedrooms, queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen, living room, two bathroom, Jacuzzi, balcony and very big garden 300m2. If you like my offer of coming to Spain, to the sun, please contact to me as soon as possible.

Neighborhood


Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a beautiful town in the coast of Cádiz (Spain), The beaches at Sanlucar are also magnificent and stretch several kilometres to the south-west, while the former port and fishing quarter, the Bajo de Guía, is where some of the local seafood restaurants can be found.
Parque Nacional de Doñana is a protected landscape. Perhaps the last of the wild landscapes in Europe.
There are lots of cafes and bars to visit in and around Plaza Cabildo, for seafood tapas.
A lively fair dedicated to Manzanilla which is a special dry sherry wine produced inSanlucar de Barrameda is in May. This intense fair which is organised by the town council and supported by the local wine producers. On the first date Tuesday evening the Feria lights are switched on and the Casetas open, but this is a more relaxed affair and the real feria commences on the Wednesday afternoon.
Horse racing on the beach. This event in august has been declared a tourist/sporting event of international interest. It is one of the oldest horseracing competitions in Europe and is held annually along the beach by the Rio Guadalquivir.

About Us

We are a married couple Ricardo (Richard) who is working in Nissan-Peugeot (cars) and Dácil (Canarias Island name) works in a Value Company. We live in Seville, our second home is in Sanlucar (Cadiz).We are honest people, nice, clean and no smoking, with no kids, and no pets also.we speak English and Spanish.
