Three bedroom home on one level with double bedroom and ensuite downstairs. Lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen and bathroom with separate shower. Large, enclosed garden at the back. Large garage with play room. The house is 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, cinema and other amenities in one direction and 15 minutes from the centre of Howick Village. It is 5 minutes drive to several great beaches which are really safe and sandy yet the central CBD of Auckland is only 30 minutes drive or 45 minutes by ferry from Half Moon Bay.

We are a family of 4 originally from the UK looking to exchange for somewhere in England when we come back to visit family and friends or for other oversea trips this side of the world!
