Located in exclusive Ancient Oaks subd, we open our home to you and your family. We trust that you will care for it as if it were yours and that is our ONLY rule. We leave our lovely home in your caring hands so feel free to enjoy our premises. We live about 1.5 hours via GPS from DisneyWorld, SeaWorld and Universal Studios (allowing for traffic) and 50 minutes from our personal favorite, Busch Gardens. We have a pool and the crowning appeal of million dollar views of pond and noise-cancelling preservation areas. We have a spacious kitchen for the chef of the family and 3 bathrooms. The Master Bath is coveted for its Roman shower and jacuzzi tub built for two. See one of the best Florida has to offer and enjoy all the comforts of our lovely home!!

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is populated by retired high priced CEO's and upwardly mobile professionals with small families. Our Subd is located in a bucolic setting with 50% preservation/pond and walking areas. We are close to everything you might need--white sand beaches (usual temps all year 70*-95*F), Sarasota(cultural capital of Florida), eating establishments from $-$$$$, Medical Centers, a variety of discount to high-end stores and one of the largest Outlet malls(3 miles away)for Nike, Bose, Aeropostale, chef supplies, etc, and top-notch crystal from Waterford. Lots to do and see-- so come down and have the best time of your life outside of Europe.

About Us

I am a 46y naturalized citizen of the US via Philippines. I graduated from Univ of Wisconsin with a Bachelor's in Nursing and an MBA from National U. in California. I am a member of the US Navy proudly serving as a Healer of the sick and injured since 1987. I work at a Veteran's Hospital caring for our former soldiers of WWII and beyond. I am father of two wonderful sons, 16y and 10y and count myself as fortunately divorced at this time. We PREFER to x-change with families numbering 4+
