This is our holiday cottage and is graded by the Welsh Tourist Board as 5 Star. The cottage is equipped and furnished to a high standard and comprises kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. Additional WC downstairs. Sitting Room with dining area and tv/dvd/video and cd with patio doors to enclosed patio area. Upstairs one double and one twin bedroom witih bathroom and shower. Off road parking and garage. Neighborhood

The cottage is situated on Conwy Marina and is the gateway for the Snowdonia National Park. It is within walking distance of sandy beaches and has views of Conwy golf course. Conwy is a 15 minute walk and has a 13th century castle and pretty harbour with many pubs and restaurants. A 30 minute drive is medieval Chester with its Roman city walls and Anglesey with fast ferry to Ireland. The area is great for walkers, cyclists and golfing. There are many award winning restaurants in the area also. Manchester International Airport is a 1 hour drive.

We are non smokers with no children in our 40/50's. We own a health and hygiene business and work from home.
