Description

This lovely home features a hot tub , heated indoor pool, and 4 bedrooms. Well lit with skylights, and open beams, 3 fireplaces including one in the master bedroom. Ideal for culture vulture, artsy types who want to experience the Southwest or those who want to hike, or ski. Experience the high desert mountains, adobe walls, and beauty of the area. 1 hour from Albuquerque and 1 hour from Taos.

Neighborhood

Santa Fe is known as the City Different. It is unlike mainstream America and is a blend of Native American, Hispanic, and Anglo culture. The house is located 3 miles from the Plaza, and about 2 to 3 miles from the Santa Fe Opera , Flea Market and Tesuque. This terratorial style house has views of the mountains including the Santa Fe ski basin.

About Us

We are a family of 4, including two well mannered boys age 6 & 9. We are innkeepers and the owners of two vacation rentals. So we know about looking after other's properties, and we are very conscientious.

Destination

We are moving to London, Camden authority area. We need to accommodations while we are looking for permanent accommodation. We are innkeepers and property managers so very careful with others properties.

Looking for accommodation beginning May 7th for up to 4 weeks while we search.

The exchange doesn't have to be simultaneous and we have two gorgeous vacation rentals one in Bermuda,http://www.auntneas.com/toh-courtyards/, and the other in Santa Fe, New Mexico http://santafepropertysearch.com/site/Overview/PropertyID__21972/7139/DesktopDefault.aspx

After those dates we are interested in weekend or longer jaunts to Europe (Spain, France, Portugal, Netherlands) and Morocco.
