Beautiful 2 storey home with large deck, firepit and outdoor hot tub. Home of the greatest outdoor show on earth, The Calgary Stampede! Short driving distance to Banff National Park in the heart of the Rockies.

We have 4 large bedrooms, master bath with fireplace and a large ensuite complete with corner jetted tub and television, games/toy room,front load washer and dryer, large dining area that can accomodate 8-12 guests. Computer, video games, 6 televisions through the house, large fenced back yard complete with BBQ and 2 car garage.

Neighborhood

Quiet cul-de-sac neighboorhood, close to shopping, 15 mins away from the downtown core and 30 minutes to the mountains. Golfer? Check out the neighborhood championship course http://www.valleyridgegolf.com/ right at the entrance to the neighborhood.
Nature paths and a short walk to the river, great views. 30 minutes to the international airport. Good public transportation for the adventurous, but would recommend a vehicle.

About Us

We are a family of 3. I am a Director with a National Trust company and my 2 children, 8 (girl), 14 (boy) and a small dog. Open to travel with times that coincide with the school holidays. Primary language is English, but my son is fluent in French.

Destination

Would prefer ocean/beach accessible. Prefer to go for August, but would be willing to consider July.
