Timeshare Apartment in a seaside resort. 1 bedroom serviced apartment with pull out sofa bed in living room. Can sleep 4. Airconditioning, T.V, kitchenette, clean linen daily. Normal rental rate $210 a day.

Neighborhood

Five minute walk from the beach. Can be crowded outside the resort with lots of street vendors, but people are friendly. Taxi's available for local sightseeing. Transport and food very reasonable. Restaurants close by. Lovely beach relatively unspoilt.

About Us

We are a couple who love to travel. We have two grown up children and will look after your house as we would our own.Interests- Art, History,Food,Music, Reading.

Destination

This is a non simultaneous exchange.WQe would like to travel in September -October 2008 and the exchange dates would be 6 December 2008-20 Dec 2008. We would prefer to visit Madrid.
