Description

The house is built in 2004 and it is located about 200m away from Sello shopping mall and bus and train connections (Leppävaara Station). The City of Helsinki is easy to reach with local trains. Train takes only 8-15 minutes from Leppävaara Espoo to Helsinki City Centre.

The apartment is on the second floor and it is light and modern. It has two bedrooms, fully equipment kitchen (incl. with microwave oven, dish washer, deep freezer etc.), living room, dinig area (seats for max. 8 people), bathroom, sauna and toilets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other one has two separate beds and study desk for teenagers with computer, TV and Xbox. The living room has a digi-TV and DVD player and a nice balcony.

Downstairs has a hairdresser and only neighbour lives upstairs. The house has got a nice and silent back yard (good for children to play etc.).

Neighborhood

The whole neighborhood is new built, clean and modern and wanted area to live. All the services are near and no car is needed. There is a golf range, jogging and walking baths, swimming hall, sport area, children´s play yards, etc. nearby. We have four (4) mountain bicycles to ride around the seaside.

About Us

I´m a 41 year old single mum and I work as an business assistant in a software company. I live with my two boys (15 years old twins ) and we all are enjoying sports, mainly golf, dance and karate. We would love to find a exhange house in mediteranee area (Spain, France, Italy, Greece).

I speak english and swedish and has studied spanish and france at school (can´t remember it anymore I think).

I started to study spanish again this year so if you have a home in Spain I would be more than happy to exhange with you during children school holidays (beginning of June -> middle of August) or other times as well so that I could practise my español =). I would also be happy to visit main cities in Europe.

I hope to see you in Finland (land of the midnight sun, thousand of lakes, rally stars and Nokia)!
