Train station 5 minutues walk.
Beach 10 minutes drive or four stops on train.
Master bedroom with queen-size bed. Childrens bedroom with two singles. Third bedroom currently a study. Comfortable lounge, kitchen and dining, laundry, 1 bathroom.

Neighborhood

Yarraville is in Melbourne's inner west and our home is located in it's best street, within easy walking distance of the village shops and train station (only a few minutes). Yarraville village is renowned for its great food and community atmosphere. Being flat, it is also great for children and the elderly.
There is a playground in the park next door and the beach is only minutes away by car.

About Us

I am a Policy Manager in the State Government of Victoria and my husband, trained as a lawyer, is the Director of Policy and Programs at World Vision Australia. We have two small children and a puppy. We adore our local community but are looking for an exchange for a few months close to Brighton University, UK where my husband is hoping to undertake a sabbatical from August 2008.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange and there is some flexibility with dates - but not into 2009. We are interested in anything within driving distance of Sussex University, UK. we are happy to mind pets. We are clean and very reliable.
