A genuine wooden house from 1896 in the best condition with a nice garden. Two large living rooms, kicthen and bathrooms with high ceilings in the ground floor with 3 fire places. Entrance to large outdoor terrace and the garden with afternoon/evening sun. The second floor have a master bed room with terrace with sea view, two additional bed rooms, study with extra bed and full bathroom.

Neighborhood

Saltsjöbaden is a very attractive small village with primarily large wooden houses from beginning of 1900 century. We are located in the oldest and most genuine part of the village, with only a short walk to Grand Hotel, the KSSS Marina and to the public train station only 30 minutes from Stockholm City.

The area has very attractive outdoor activities for both children and adults, including sailing, tennis, golf, slalom, swim-hall.

About Us

I am living (male 53) in the house with my two children, Alexander 12 and Maja 8. We are interested in tennis, fotball and water activities. We like to travel and visit other countries. I have worked in international management positions covering Nordic, UK, France and Germany.

Destination

Our preference is by the Atlantic Ocean in France or the Mediterranean sea in France or Italy.
