Maison

Our home was build in 1998 in a very family friendly neighbourhood. The decor is light and minimalistic to ensure relaxing surroundings for our family.

There are 3 bedrooms. One with a doublebed and two childrens bedrooms with full size beds - just redecorated. All linens, towels etc. is provided.

We have two bathrooms. One large bathroom by the master bedroom and a smaller bathroom by the 2 other bedrooms - both with showers.

We have a large well equipped kitchen and dining-area. If extended the diningtable seats 10. Special Trip Trap chairs for the children.

Our livingroom is equipped with a nice seating area with tv, DVD, Boxer tv and also a dining section.

With our laptop computer you can access our wireless 50/50mbit high speed fiber internet.

Our lovely private back yard is for relaxing with swings, slide, sandbox and trampoline for the children and Patio with BBQ.

We have two adult bicycles and a bicycletrailer for two children. Also we have a bicycle for a 4-6 year old, a 2-3 year old as well as a lot of other fun outdoors things for the kids.

The house is fully equipped for a baby with high chair and changingtable.

Quartier

We live in the suburbs of a town with 15.000 habitants and there is plenty of shopping opportunities, sights and restaurants near by. If you want to enjoy big city life Aalborg is only one hours drive away and Århus is 2½ hours away.

Copenhagen can be reached by plane in just 1 hour and Sweden and Norway is just a couple of hours boat-ride away.

Our home is only af few hundred yards from Limfjorden which is perfect for kanoing or Windsurfing/kite-surfing and very near to us is a small forrest perfect for walks.

Vesterhavet (the north sea) in all its beauty, is only 20 minutes by car away.

Thy is called the cold Hawaii because of the perfect setting for all kinds of surfing.

We are a family of four. Helle is a secretary for the local electricity supply company. Jan makes high class costum kitchen hoods for exclusive clients in USA. Emilys is 5 and Clara is 3 so our home is filled with toys and kiddie-proof.

We speak danish and english.

Destination

USA - southern California during the summer of 2010.

France - anywhere.

We completed our first homeexchange this summer with listing number 13011 and had a wonderfull experience. We give them our highest recommendations!!!
