Fitting : -6 main rooms : 4 bedrooms, 1 living/lounge, 1 formal dinnner room for 8.
-2 bathrooms (one with XL shower, one with bath and 2 washbowls )
-2 WCs.
- large modern kitchen with lunch table for 5.

Amenities: dischwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, large electric induction fire, freezer.

Woodfloor, marble fireplaces, heigh ceilling, old french 18ème century decoration. Antic and fragile furnitures and paintings. Caretaker, double security on the building door ( digicode + entry phone). No TV actually (we can appoint something for you if you’re TV addict... ). Hightspeed webline. NO SMOKING.

Neighborhood

Smart area away from the crowd and car noise but near the touristic places : one can go EVERYWHERE in the city in 10'-20' .
Bustling area around with alot of shops (many caterers ,nices groceries and bakeries in rue de Passy and avenue Mozart)open late in the evening.Great shopping in "rue de Passy." A lot of poeple speaking english in this area (because we have international and american school here).You'll find everything for your meal with a lot of choice.No need to cook if don't want to:you'll find chinese, italian, japenese,french...careters in the area. Very comfortable after a touristic day when you are so tired !
We have 3 subways lines here (9, 10, RER C), a taxis station, 2 lines bus. Topeless Redbus for sightseeing at Trocadero (2 subway stations).

About Us

We are a french family of five (3 teenagers : Damien 15-16, Eric 14-15, Albane 12-13). Gilles officer in the Air Force ( actually teacher in the International Military School in Paris )Anne at home by choice and actually teaching french as a foreign language for foreign officers' s wives .We enjoyed all culturals activities (theaters, music, muséums, operas) witch can be founded in a big town and shared with our teenagers.

Your son would love to discover Paris ? Our teenagers would love to discover "Big Apple", Boston ,Washington or Philadelphia ,and meet an american family. We're open to friendly 2 ways student exchange too for our teenagers, in Paris or for summer in South of France. As everybody speak english in the family, speaking french is not necessary. We own a seaside house in the West-South of France (near Biarritz: international airport : 1,5 h from Paris, London,Dublin) . TGV direct 5 h from Paris to St Jean de Luz.

Destination

1)We are looking for a 15 days stays in New York city (center town, NO DRIVE) .
We wish to go to New-Yok for Easter hollidays ( from 11th to 25th April 2009)
2) We'll also examining every proposal for Boston or Washington center Town (NO DRIVE)
3) We own a second home near BIARRITZ and the SPANISH BORDER, sea side, in a very popular and touristic village, Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
