My apartment is a lovely, bright, spacious, apartment (750 sq feet) that can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people. It is in a quiet, well designed, super cool Mid-Century Modern, four unit building.

Located in the heart of beautiful Capitol Hill, two blocks to the Broadway shopping area and a short 15-20 minute walk to Down Town Seattle. I have lived in the building for ten years, on Capitol Hill for 15 and absolutely LOVE the building and location.

As you will see by the photos the unit is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of home; Central heating, Washer and Dryer, TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD library, Fully equipped kitchen, etc. Wireless high speed internet is provided – please bring your own computer with wireless card!!.

Within an easy 15 to 30 minute walk of: Convention Center, Pike Place Market, Downtown Seattle, Seattle Center, Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Art Museum, Waterfront shops, Hospitals: Group Health, Swedish, Virginia Mason, Harbor View, Schools: Seattle University, Seattle Central Community College, Cornish College of Arts.

About Us

I am originally from New Zealand and have lived in Seattle for the last 15 years. My back ground is in Tourism marketing and I have been self employed for the last 16 years. I own the 4 unit apartment building where I currently live. I also have a fantastic home, perched above the ocean, in New Zealand where I try to spend as much time as I can each year. I LOVE to travel and have spent a large portion of my life exploring the Globe – when I was 21 I spent 18 months driving through Europe in a VW camper with a friend. When I was 31 I spent 6 months driving around the US in a VW camper by myself. I still own a VW camper – not the same one as in the two trips I just mentioned.

My partner, of 7 years, and I love the beach and the great outdoors; we have a passion for architecture, design and great food. We love to explore new cultures and have new experiences; we both feel Life is to be lived!!

Unfortunately I only speak English; however, I would love to learn another language.
