Description

This is one of the most beautiful homes in Port Vila on the best location in town, quiet and with wonderful changing views to enjoy all day long. The Spanish and Australian representations occupy several residences along our street. The house has endless terraces and balconies and every room spoils you with tremendous views to Erakor Lagoon and out to the open sea. Several bedrooms have spa pools and you also find a movie room. The house area is approx. 700m2 and the property 4’500m2 is landscaped to compliment the views and leave ample room for sports and play. Our staff includes gardener, house girl and security guard which leaves you to cultivate all the quality issues of your holiday.

Neighborhood

Vanuatu is located 2.5 hours flying time from Brisbane and 3.5 hours from Sydney, Australia. Port Vila is a wonderful Melanesian City with a great mix of - everyone knows by now – happy and friendly people. English and French presence in Vanuatu for over 150 years mixed with various small Asian and other Pacific Island communities in combination with the Ni-Vanuatu culture ensures culinary and oenological delights in a multitude of scenically most enchanting locations. The local market is a must for fruit, vegetables and flowers. The pristine waters surrounding the 83 islands of Vanuatu provide for some of the most spectacular and varied water sports in the South Pacific. Yes there are also active volcanoes to visit and… but enough of that, you are probably already on the Vanuatu homepages and finding out about Vanuatu facts and the broad offering of tours, activities and fantastic things to see.

About Us

My wife Paula and I are from Switzerland. We live with our nine year old daughter in Port Vila and our seventeen year old son studies in NZ. Four years ago we decided to semi retire in New Zealand. While there we had some exhilarating activity with our sheep farm and real estate projects. However after three years we capitulated to the cold restaurants, cold shops and a cold sea. We then decided to realize our simmering dream of a life in the tropics and moved to Port Vila. Through our careers and privately we have traveled to many parts of the globe. Since the 70’s I have also been part time active as a commercial pilot flying aeroplanes and helicopters. We love skiing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, biking and walks along the beaches and in the forests and mountains. We are open to any offers which will allow us to pamper these passions.

Destination

Any locations in great ski fields are fine during the skiing season. In Australia we prefer Brisbane or Cairns areas. We are fairly flexible for dates and open for most destinations. We are mostly envisaging simultaneous exchange.
