Immaculate airy, spacious condo. Approximately 900 sq. ft., unit includes a large living-room, den with queen sofa sleeper and master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Additional bathroom w/shower, dishwasher, flatscreen panel TV, VCR, CD and DVD players. Shared pool, laundry room with coin-operated washer/dryer, cable TV and high-speed Internet, parking space for two cars/unit.

Neighborhood

Quiet residential area east of US1 near Intracoastal. Shopping, golf course, movie theatre
nearby. Two restaurants within walking distance.

About Us

We are an Austro/American couple in our early/mid-60s. Guido is a retired software engineer and was in telecommunications management with a major European electronics company; Liz has a Ph.D. in Germanics and Italian and many years of experience in adult and university education and is semi-retired. We love animals, having had them all our lives, and Liz has also been a horsewoman since childhood. We keep a neat and clean household, will treat your property with the utmost care and respect, and we are seeking exchangers who will do likewise for ours. We speak English, German, Italian and French.

We have already concluded an exchange with California but are still seeking an exchange with New York City this year (2008). We will be in the US from late July through the end of the year, and so our house in Austria (4406) will be available for simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges from mid-August. The Florida condo will be available for simultaneous exchanges either ca. Aug. 27-Sept. 5 or from ca. mid-Dec.- Jan. 1.

Destination

Non-simultaneous exchanges only during periods 1 and 3. Simultaneous exchange with New York City sought for period 2. Our condo rules allow visitors to stay a maximum of 2 weeks while we are absent.
