This can be a non-simultaneous exchange, we are flexible about dates.

We are interested in Tuscany, Italy. We would like to be near Siena. Our cottage is on Cape Cod, MA USA. It is small and not facing the water but is charming and comfortable. Use of a large car.
We would like a comfortable car. We do not require that the house in Italy be in the countryside. A small but charming villagewould do nicely.
The same in France.
