Comfortable house in small condominium surrounded by olive groves with view of the Florentine hills. Front garden with small terrace . Basement room. Large sitting room- kitchen diner on ground floor opening onto patio garden with table and chairs.
!st Floor - Large master bed room incorporating corner office and smaller bedroom - two bathrooms. Great friendly neighbours. Cool breezes in the evening and air conditioning. Plasma tv. High speed internet connection.

Quartier

Residential area but with lots of good walking into country and hills as soon as you leave the house. Fabulous views of Monte Morello our local mountain. Very quiet but short 5 minute walk to local village to the bar and two or three shops. Beautiful 14th century church and two nunneries just up the road. Buses nearby
and train station 15 minutes away with direct service to downtown Florence. The town of Sesto Fiorentino is ten minutes away with cinemas, restuarants, bars and good shopping .There are a couple of pools in the neighbourhood and a great Spa-pool driving distance away.

i am an ex-pat English school teacher just coming up to retirement with many English, American and Italian friends both in Sesto and Florence. I have a married daughter with 9 month old child living within walking distance. I have an extenive dvd collection. I love cooking and entertaining and my home reflects this. I do not know who willl be travelling with me but we will be at most three people no children. I am bi-lingual.
