Contemporary home only 2 years old stylishly decorated with top quality fittings and furnishings. Four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Private garden and swimming pool surrounded by native bush. We operate this home as a guest house (bed and breakfast) over the busy tourist season, and are looking to enjoy our off-season break in Europe during June 2008. Beautiful kitchen, wonderful to cook and entertain in. Quiet neighbourhood, but close to the village centre. Easy 7-8 minute walk to village centre and Paihia waterfront.

Quiet location, close to village centre easy walk to waterfront. Close proximity to local walking trails, beaches all services. Nice views of inner bay area, and bush views. Secluded and private garden area with swimming pool.

About Us

We operate a bed and breakfast in the busy summer months. We are keen to enjoy a month in Europe during June 2008 and would be keen to swap our lovely home for this time. We are proud of our house, and take very good care of it and would promise to do the same to your house if you would be intersted to do a house exchange.

Destination

Non simultaneous exchange could be combined with our beach house at Taupo Bay one hour north of the Bay of Islands. Our 2 bedroom cottage is located on the beachfront with outstanding views to the east and north overlooking the golden sands of Taupo Bay.
