Description

Nice modern and cosi apartment of 60sqm located centrally in the town of Nizza(NICE) at the French Riviera between CANNES and MONAC, 25' away from the italian border. The apartment has all the confort you need, very sunny, located on the 2nd floor of a typical building of the south of France. The style of architecture dates of the 1930's completely refurbished!! The aparrtment is located 2' by feet from the harbour with it's cosi atmosphere and bars restaurants and nightclubs, 7' from the nearest beach and 10' from the old town with its great opera and its historic buildings directly located on beachfront. All around the apartments you will find all kind of shops, bakery, hairdresser etc
You don't need car to go , there's a railway station 5' from the apartment and you have acces to the citytrain (TRAM) there's also a busstation in front.
You will arrive directly at the International airport of Nice where you can take bus or taxi without any problem.
There is a lot to see and if you like to to a trip to Paris for a weekend you can go by train or by plane for reasonabel prices!!

Neighborhood

As described you will find all kind of shops situated all around the apartment , from its balcony you have nice sunny view. You will find a shopping mal 10' by feet and also a goof fitness center. There is also a daily farmers market at the old town, historic district!!

About Us

We are a clean non smoking married gay couple, respectfull!!! we do speak fench, german , english and spanish. We are working in cinema special effects and managing. In case you need help or any informations our sympatic neighboors (same floor) are more than happy to help you!!!!
