Maison

The apartment is inside the main building of an old castle near Perugia. The apartment is full and well furnished. Inside the main building is upon two floors. At first floor the living room with firewall and the kitchen, at the second floor the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. A swimmingpool near the castle only for owners of the condominium. A shared garden with olive trees and flowers with a gezebo, table and chairs, only for the owners of the castle.

Quartier

The place is very quite and perfect for a vacation to relax yourself, body and soul. It's very near to Perugia, only 20 km, and all around you have a lot of ancient village to visit with traditional local exhibition during all the year. Umbria is the land of Saints, San Francesco and Sant' Agostino, and there are a lot of important Churchs to visit. Not far from Rome, Florence, Siena, about 1 hour and half by car form them. At only 30 minutes by car to Assisi, Orvieto, Todi, Gubbio. Trasimeno Lake with their islands is only at 20 km, good for fishing and eat good sea food. Near some important golf places and many place to ride horse. In july the famous international festival of Umbria Jazz in Perugia. Also interesting during autumm and winter times, during Euro Chocolate in november and Trasimeno Blues at the end of each year.

I'm a journalist of fashion and beauty. I live alone and like travelling usually with my boyfriend or with a friend. I'm a very quite person, I like to relax, read, listen to music and see beautifull places and eat good food. Also love walking in the mountains and visiting old cities. Love sea and walking on the beach during summer time. Preferring places with long history.

Destination

I would like to go to Greece during spring 2010. Simoultaneous exchange could be possible. Open to other possibilities.
