Description

20 square meters of glass provide much light in the large main room (sitting and dining room). Our bedroom is situated in the rear, overlooking trees. The children room (1 single bed and 1 baby bed) is on the first floor, close to the bathroom (1 bath).

Neighborhood

The district is much appreciated by families because it is close to Parc Montsouris, a very nice place to have picnics and games.Nearby, the Cité Universitaire is the place where students from all over the world come to study in Paris. The flat is close to the metro (lines 4 and 6) to the RER (line B, direct from airports) and to the buses (62, 88, 38, and more). Within a walking distance are the pedestrian rue Daguerre, known for its excellent food shops, cinemas and restaurants.

About Us

We are in our thirties. We have a boy of 5 and a girl, who will be 2 years old in september. Benjamin is a journalist for television ; he goes cycling to work and enjoys it ! Elise works for the "Assemblée Nationale", a job whic allows her some time to look after the children and to enjoy living in Paris. We'll be happy to share with you our favorite places in the capital.

Destination

We would prefer to be in the countryside, close to the sea or to a lake, or nearby mountains.
