Description

Our 4 bedroom home has all modern conveniences including dishwasher. It is sunny and has doors opening out into a courtyard. We are very centrally located, two minutes to bus stop and a five minute drive to the centre of New Zealand's Capital city, Wellington. We also live within walking distance of the botanical gardens and the cable car. It is like living in the city without the bustle of city life.

Neighborhood

Our neighbourhood is one of the most sought after areas to live in Wellington, it is close to the city yet surrounded by bush and lovely views toward the harbour.

About Us

We are a family of four, I am a teacher and my husband is an architect. We designed and built our house three years ago and enjoy art, architecture and good food. We love meeting people and travelling.

Destination

Dates are a little flexible, we would like to be in Barcelona if possible. It is lovely in Wellington in the Summer!!
